In case you have to cancel, the following rules apply!

Dear guests, by booking/reserving rooms or apartments you have concluded a guest accommodation contract, the essential content of which is determined by Section 535 of the German Civil Code (BGB), and which is binding for both contracting parties.

Exceptions to this are travel restrictions ordered by the authorities!

Then the booked stay will be canceled free of charge!

According to the regulations of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA), the following rules apply: As soon as your reservation has been confirmed, the guest accommodation contract is considered concluded! The rooms/apartments you have reserved are available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you arrive after 6 p.m., we ask that you notify us briefly, otherwise we are entitled to rent the room/apartment to someone else. No compensation can be paid for meals not consumed when booking with half-board packages! If you have to cancel your trip, the following cancellation deadlines apply: After a binding reservation and confirmation, 20% of the agreed price.

90 to 49 days* before arrival 30% of the agreed price

50 to 21 days* before arrival 50 % of the agreed price

20 to 8 days* before arrival 80 % of the agreed price

From 7 days* before arrival and in case of no-show 100% of the agreed price.

Please note that your written cancellation must reach us by this time.

In any case, we always offer a free rebooking.

The period should then be communicated to us within 21 days!

If this is not possible, we will charge you the travel price

and will be fully charged for a subsequent booking! So you don't lose anything!

We definitely recommend travel cancellation insurance, even in the event of a Corona cancellation! (See below)

Of course, we are always available to answer any questions you may have!
